If you would like to take part in a sponsored event whether it is one we are holding or one you are doing yourself, please download and complete the Sponsorship Registration Form by clicking the link below. Once downloaded please fill in and return to us by email once received we will email you back with your sponsorship forms so that you can go out and collect your sponsors details.
Please note - you can only take part in events once we have received your completed forms. Please always follow current safety guidelines and note that we keep your records for 12 months following current GDPR guidelines.
